MEMORANDUM OF DECISION AND ORDER RE: DENIAL OF CONFIRMATION OF PLAN OF REORGANIZATION
WILLIAM L. EDMONDS, Bankruptcy Judge.
The matter before the Court is the confirmation of the Substituted Plan of Reorganization filed by Georgie W. Arnold and Laura J. Arnold, Debtors. A final confirmation hearing was held on January 21, 1988 in Waterloo, Iowa. The matter was submitted to the undersigned for consideration on March 8, 1988.
