THOMAS, Justice.

The petition for mandamus against the members of the Board of Revenue and Road Commissioners of Mobile County was filed by Nellie A. Cammack, the duly appointed matron of Mobile County Jail.

The petition well and succinctly states the question raised under the insistence of unconstitutionality of the Acts of 1939 for alleged failure to abolish the last act and its effect upon the immediate predecessor if considered in pari materia.
