OPINION

REBECCA BEACH SMITH, District Judge.

The present matter comes before the court on plaintiffs motion to remand and defendants’ motion to dismiss or, in the alternative, for summary judgment. For the reasons set forth below, plaintiffs motion is DENIED and defendants’ motion is GRANTED. Moreover, as the court finds that plaintiffs claims are wholly frivolous and part of an ongoing campaign to harass defendants, the court SANCTIONS plaintiff, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 11, pending a determination of plaintiffs financial status and the reasonable attorney’s fees and costs…
