This case is before the Court for decision after trial of an adversary complaint brought by Earl M. Gray, III (“Debtor”) to determine the dischargeability of certain debts owed by the Debtor to the City of Decatur (“City”). 1 The issue before the Court is whether demolition expenses assessed against the Debtor post-petition by the City relating to seven properties owned by the Debtor were discharged in the Debtor’s bankruptcy.
