OPINION AND ORDER
DONALD RUSSELL, District Judge.
This action arises out of an arbitration proceeding had between two insurance groups. 1 The arbitration involved a claim of liability for failure properly to protect the subrogation rights of the defendants-insurers in the settlement effected by the other insurance group in connection with an automobile accident in which both insurance groups, through their assureds, were concerned.
