GUNN, Judge.
Movant pleaded guilty to first degree murder. He subsequently filed a Rule 27.26 motion to set aside the guilty plea, claiming that ineffective assistance of counsel rendered his plea involuntary. After extensive hearing, the trial court denied movant’s motion and he has appealed.
On appeal, movant raises the single issue that the assistance of his trial counsel was ineffective for the reason that his counsel failed to advise him of his right to challenge the psychiatric report declaring movant sane at the time of the commission of the murder and competent to proceed to trial.1…
