In this case, we must construe Md.Code (2001), § 10-107 of the Criminal Procedure Article, to determine whether a multiple count indictment, charging various counts of burglary and related offenses, which were allegedly committed at different times, in several locations, and against different people, constitutes a single unit within the meaning of the expungement statute.
