Plaintiff brings this appeal to review the judgments and orders entered on November 7, 1973, and January 28, 1974, which granted defendant’s motion and dismissed the complaint, without prejudice, pursuant to paragraph 48(1) (c) of fire Civil Practice Act (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1973, ch. 110, par. 48(l)(c)). The court found that there was another action pending between the same parties for the same cause in a Louisiana proceeding. The court also refused to allow plaintiff to file certain discovery.
