In an attempt to satisfy a $1.7 million default judgment against the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Jordan [the “Ministry”], petitioner seeks to execute the judgment against assets held at the Arab Bank and seeks discovery from the Arab Bank concerning various transactions of the Ministry and the Central Bank of Jordan [“CBJ”].
