[¶ 1.] Joseph Pollman was convicted of stalking after he veered his tractor toward Melvin Stahl on a narrow gravel road, repeatedly pursued him to the fields he worked, and once followed him into his place of worship. In the way the court instructed the jury, stalking consisted of making a credible threat towards or following or harassing another, with intent to put the victim in reasonable fear of death or great bodily injury.
