This 4s an appeal from the decree of the court below, dismissing the bill of complaint, in a suit brought upon letters patent No. 008,921, dated February 26, 1901, issued to Isadore Liberman, complainant’s decedent, for certain improvements in a combined cigar rolling table and wrapper cutter. .
