There are numerous assignments of error, but only those merit discussion which raise the question whether the evidence sustains a finding that a road known as old road A was established by dedication.

The road extends over land in Otter Tail county of which defendant’s father became the owner in 1879 and which defendant bought from him in 1900. The tract comprises the SW% of SW% of section four and certain government lots lying to the east thereof.
