This is an appeal by Edwin Schoenfeld from an order denying a motion to ,set aside a stipulation of dismissal, for leave to amend his complaint, and to have the cause reinstated on the trial calendar.

Following an automobile accident on October 29, 1955, suits were instituted against appellant as follows:(a) Rachel Buker v. Edwin Schoenfeld, Dorothy Buker, and Edwin Buker;(b) Loren Buker v. Edwin Schoenfeld, Dorothy Buker, and Edwin Buker;(c) Dorothy Buker and Gerald Buker v. Edwin Schoenfeld;(d) Edwin Buker v. Edwin Schoenfeld.
