These are consolidated appeals from a decision of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Michigan in an action arising out of the bankruptcy of Gordon and Joan Zwagerman, d/b/a Zwagerman Farms (hereinafter “Zwager-man” or “the debtors”). 115 B.R. 540.
Bankruptcy Trustee James D. Robbins (hereinafter “Trustee”) and Comerica Bank-Detroit (hereinafter “Comerica”) appeal the bankruptcy court’s decision that at the time the debtors filed their bankruptcy petition, all cattle in the debtors’ possession belonged to Defendant David…
