Plaintiffs have instituted in this Court the instant action based on claims for copyright infringement, trade-mark infringement, and unfair competition. Plaintiffs, Bar’s Leaks Western, Inc., and Bar’s Products, Inc., are California corporations; plaintiff, Bar’s Products Supply, Inc., is a Michigan corporation; and plaintiff, Fred D.
