Appellee, Gus Young, as plaintiff, instituted his action in the court below to recover of appellant railway company damages-for an alleged hernia and loss of sexual power as the consequence of certain personal injuries received by him while in appellant’s service as a trucker in its freight depot at Dallas, April 10, 1020.
