J. A. Wilson was injured by a car of the Southern Traction Company at the intersection of two of the principal business streets of the city of Waco. He brought, suit in the district court of McLennan county for damages, alleging negligent operation.' of the car which collided with him. In a. trial before a jury he was awarded a judgment for $13,550. Upon appeal to the Court, of Civil Appeals, the judgment of the trial; court was reversed, and the cause remanded to that court for a new trial.
