CORNELIUS, Justice.

This is a workmen’s compensation suit. The jury found that appellee was totally and permanently disabled by an injury which occurred on August 9, 1972, while he was working for Four States Nursing Home, Inc. The question to be determined on this appeal is whether the jury verdict may be sustained even though appellant’s doctor testified that in his opinion appel-lee’s disability was caused by a malignant bone tumor.
