This suit arises in a contest between two competing wills disposing of the Estate of Mary Ellen Logan Bendtsen, Deceased (Bendtsen). Intervenors Justin Dale Burgess (Burgess) and Mark Patrick McCay (McCay), claimed beneficiaries under one of the competing wills, appeal the probate court’s order approving the estate’s temporary administrator’s application for authority to sell the estate’s ownership interest in Bendtsen’s former residence.
