OPINION
BARRY, District Judge.
I. INTRODUCTION
One of the most precious rights enjoyed by citizens of this great country is free access to its courts. Armed only with pen and paper, aggrieved individuals may submit claims to a court that are treated with the same respect and accorded the same consideration as claims filed by several-hundred-member law firms on behalf of Fortune 500 corporations.
