OPINION

{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant Terry Hupp ("Hupp") brings this appeal from the judgment of the Court of Common Pleas of Allen County finding him guilty of six counts of gross sexual imposition and seven counts of rape. For the reasons set forth below, the judgment is affirmed.

{¶ 2} On August 16, 2007, the Allen County Grand Jury indicted Hupp on six counts of gross sexual imposition in violation of R.C. 2907.05(A)(4) and seven counts of rape in violation of R.C. 2907.02(A)(1)(b). One of the rape charges contained a force specification and two of the charges contained age specifications.…
