HOLMAN, Commissioner.
Taney County and certain political subdivisions of said county commenced this action by the filing of a petition for review of the order of the State Tax Commission of Missouri (hereinafter referred to as the Commission) reducing the assessed valuation for the year 1956 of defendant’s hydroelectric dam and related properties known as the Ozark Beach project. The circuit court affirmed the order of the Commission and plaintiffs, have appealed from that judgment.
