Howard Manthei appeals from an order of the district court denying his motion for expanded visitation privileges with his two youngest children, an 11-year-old boy and a 6-year-old girl, 1 and providing instead that he have visitation rights with all of his minor children at the home of his ex-wife, respondent Marie Manthei. Appellant contends that the denial of his motion was based largely, if not solely, on his inability to make child support payments and that, because of the hostility between the parties, visiting the children at respondent’s home will not give him any real opportunity to…
