BRUCE, Judge:
Appellant was tried by special court-martial before a military judge alone. Pursuant to his pleas of guilty, entered in accordance with a pretrial agreement, Appellant was convicted of two specifications of wrongful distribution of marijuana, two specifications of wrongful use of marijuana, one specification of wrongful possession of marijuana, and one specification of attempted distribution of marijuana, in violation of Articles 112a and 80, UCMJ, 10 USC §§ 912a and 880.
