WASSERSTROM, Chief Judge.

Plaintiffs sue for the alleged wrongful death of their minor son Earl Anthony Sampson. The trial court dismissed plaintiffs’ petition, and they appeal. We affirm in part and in part reverse and remand.

On September 21, 1978, Earl patronized the Paul and Jacks cocktail lounge operated by defendants W. F. Enterprises, Inc. and Don Wilkins and during the same afternoon another cocktail lounge, Kozy Inn, operated by defendant Wilma Stickle.
