MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

BUCHWALD, District Judge.

The plaintiffs, all members of a single immediate family, bring this § 1983 action against three state law enforcement officers, two private citizens, and the County of Putnam, New York, for alleged violations of their civil rights: Following discovery, Deborah, Danielle, and Taylor Tobias withdrew all their claims, 1 and William Tobias withdrew his Fourth, Fifth, Eleventh, Twelfth and Fourteenth causes of action.
