The Town of Crested Butte and various town officials (collectively Crested Butte) appeal from an adverse summary judgment declaring the town’s Watershed District Permit Ordinance invalid and permanently enjoining its enforcement against Mount Emmons Mining Company and AMAX, Inc. (collectively AMAX).
