CIVIL ACTION VERSUS 14-385-SDD-RLB LOUISIANA GENERATING, LLC RULING This matter is before the Court on the Motion for Partial Summary Judgment1 filed by Defendant, Louisiana Generating LLC (“LaGen”). Plaintiffs, Entergy Gulf States Louisiana LLC and Entergy Texas, Inc.
