*473The accused was tried and convicted upon an indictment charging “that on the eighth day of August, in the year one thousand nine hundred and twenty-three, in the said county and within the jurisdiction of the said Circuit Court of the county of Henrico, did unlawfully hinder and obstruct one, W. H.
