This is an appeal from a temporary injunction entered on motion of the National Labor Relations Board, in the Eastern District of New York, Jacob Mishler, District Judge, pursuant to § 10(j) of the National Labor Relations Act, as amended, 29 U.S.C. § 160(j) (1982) (the Act), pending the Board’s disposition of charges of unfair labor practices against the employer, MMIC, Inc.
