Complaint by the appellee against the appellant for a writ of habeas corpus, as follows, omitting the title:

“Jacob Gray complains of Scott Sturgeon, and says, on his oath, that said Scott Sturgeon illegally restrains bim of bis liberty in the town of Williamsport, in said county; that the cause, or pretence thereof, is a mittimus issued by one Ab. ~V.
