This is an application for a writ of prohibition to restrain further proceedings in a matter instituted by the respondent J. S. Low, as next friend of Annie T. E. Parker, a minor, before the respondent the second judge of the circuit court of the first circuit, at chambers, for the removal of the petitioner as guardian of the property of the said Annie T. E. Parker.
