Appellants, Gilbane Building Company and Zurich American Insurance Company (collectively “Gilbane” or “appellants”) appeal the trial court’s order that granted summary judgment in favor of appellee, Keystone Structural Concrete LTD. (“Keystone”). In five issues on appeal, appellants assert that the trial court (1) incorrectly granted Keystone’s summary judgment on its contractual indemnity claim; (2) incorrectly granted Keystone’s summary judgment on Gilbane’s breach of contract claims; (3) improperly refused to reform the contract between Gilbane and Keystone;…
