This matter comes before the Court on Petition for Rehearing filed by Frances Van Sant as appellant.
The plaintiff herein took an appeal to this Court on October 2, 1945, from the action of the District Court of the United States for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, granting the motion of the defendant for a directed verdict in its favor and rendering judgment thereon.
