During the month of November, 1925, the, owner of some of the bonds issued for the purpose of raising funds to pay for the construction of a sewer in local improvement district No. 159, of the city of Olympia, commenced an action to foreclose the lien of the assessment against certain property in the district, and to procure an order of sale against such property in order to enforce payment of his local improvement district bonds, which were then past due.
