Claimant Paul E. Deppenbrook petitions for review of the August 8,1994 order of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board (Board) affirming the decision of Workers’ Compensation Judge Susan S. Cereone to dismiss his petition for reinstatement of workers’ compensation benefits as time barred because it was not filed prior to the expiration of the 500 week period during which partial disability compensation was payable. Sections 306(b) and 413 of the Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Act (Act).1 We affirm.
