The city of Minneapolis, upon a finding that three buildings variously owned by the two defendants were “hazardous buildings,” instituted proceedings in the District Court of Hennepin County, pursuant to L. 1965, c. 393, Minn. St. 463.15 to 463.26, for the repair or removal of the buildings.
