PARKER, Judge.

The only issue raised by petitioner on this appeal is the constitutionality of the Private Protective Services Act, G.S. 74C-1, et seq.

First, petitioner argues that the statute violates the guarantee of due process contained in the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments to the Federal Constitution and the “law of the land” clause of Article I, Section 19 of the North Carolina Constitution.
