LAKE, Justice.

G.S. 58-72, not part of the Act of 1975 here in question, provides:

“Kinds of insurance authorized: — The kinds of insurance which may be authorized in this State, subject to other provisions of this Chapter, are set forth in the following paragraphs. Nothing herein contained shall require any insurer to insure every kind of risk which it is authorized to insure. * * *
