The plaintiff administratrix brought an action in trespass on the case, to recover damages occasioned by the death of her husband, which was alleged to have been caused by injuries received when he was struck by an automobile owned by the defendant. At the time of the accident in which the deceased was killed, the automobile was being driven by one Bobie. This action was originally brought against both Bobie and .Amerson.
