WESTERFIELD, Judge.

This is a suit for damages due to physical injuries sustained by Carolyn Sweeney as a result of a collision between an automobile and a bus, which occurred on the 15th day of January, 1937, at the intersection of St. Ann and Burgundy Streets in the City of New Orleans. A. Neil Sweeney sues for $53 as medical expenses, his daughter being a minor at the time of the accident, and Carolyn Sweeney sues for $5,000.
