This matter is before the Court on Plaintiff's Motion for Preliminary Injunction.

I. BACKGROUND
Plaintiff Kodiak Cakes LLC ("Plaintiff) is a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business in Park City, Utah. Since 1982, Plaintiff has manufactured and sold high protein, whole grain pancake mix, among other products.
