George H. Sharp, the defendant in error, brought an action in the court of common pleas of this county against Isabella Sharp, as executrix of Robert B. Sharp, plaintiff in error, to recover a judgment on a promissory note dated May 8, 1909, due in two years thereafter, payable to the plaintiff below, for $2,000, and signed by Robert B. Sharp.
