BURROUGHS, District Judge.

Plaintiff Ace American Insurance Co. ("Ace"), as subrogee of Eric Slifka, initiated this action against Oyster Harbors Marine, Inc. ("Oyster Harbors") concerning a vessel that was sold by Oyster Harbors to Slifka and later sustained fire damage. Additional parties have since joined the case, including the vessel's manufacturer, Regulator Marine, Inc. ("Regulator"), the distributor and installer of the vessel's bow thruster, Florida Bow Thrusters, Inc. ("Florida Bow"), and the manufacturer of the bow thruster, Vetus Maxwell, Inc.
