By its complaint in this adversary proceeding, the Plaintiff, M & I Heat Transfer Products, Ltd., asserts objections to the Debtor’s discharge under 11 U.S.C. § 727(a)(2)(A), (a)(2)(B), (a)(3), (a)(4)(A), (a)(4)(B), (a)(4)(D), and (a)(5) and seeks a determination that, under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(6), its tort judgment against the Debtor, Dimiter T.
