This appeal pertains to a survivor’s right in the proceeds of a joint savings account. The appellants, as brothers and sisters and heirs-at-law of Mary J. Davidson, deceased, instituted a suit to establish a trust in certain funds on deposit with the appellee Perpetual Building Association in the name of the appellee Laura F. Moncrief, surviving owner of a joint savings account in the name of herself and the decedent.
