¶ 1 Appellants, Sandra Pohl, Linda Don-dore, and Paul Bare, appeal from the order entered in the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas, granting summary judgment in favor of Appellees, NGK Metals Corporation and Cabot Corporation. Specifically, Appellants ask us to determine whether the trial court erred in granting Appellees’ summary judgment motion after striking Appellants praecipe to discontinue their case.
