Appellant Nicholas Bredimus (“Bredi-mus”) conditionally pled guilty, expressly reserving his right to appeal, to the charge of knowingly and willfully traveling in foreign commerce for the purpose of engaging in a sexual act with a person under 18 years of age in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2423(b).
