This is an action under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). Plain*464tiff, James Decker, alleges that defendants, EduCap, Inc. (“EduCap”) and Davis Davis Attorneys, harassed plaintiff in pursuit of a discharged debt in. violation of the FDCPA, 15 U.S.C. § 1692 et seq., the Pennsylvania Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law, 73 Pa. Stat. Ann. § 201-1 et seq., and the common law tort of abuse of process. Plaintiff seeks damages and costs.
