Petitioner challenges the Board of Zoning Adjustment’s (BZA’s) approval of a request for (1) a special exception to change a nonconforming use from a moving and storage warehouse to a squash court facility; (2) a variance permitting enlargement of the nonconforming structure by replacing the roof at a new height to accommodate the squash courts; and (3) a special exception to change an adjacent nonconforming use from a moving and storage warehouse to a parking garage for 10 cars.
